This week I made the best biscuits you will ever eat: Billion Dollar Buttery Biscuits.

Billion Dollar Buttery Biscuits, more commonly referred to as 7-UP Biscuits, are extremely tasty. They are more moist than most biscuits.
Billion dollar biscuits are, of course, worth a billion bucks! (Or somewhere around there!)
The dough yields twelve biscuits, the perfect size for an 9×13-inch pan. The dough will be a bit sticky. That’s normal!
Be sure to flour the dough and mat underneath it very well so the dough doesn’t stick to the mat!

Using plenty of butter is the secret to many of the greatest foods in life… (cough cough Clam Chowder and Billion Dollar Buttery Biscuits).
There’s nothing that even compares to taking freshly-baked biscuits out of the oven… it is so satisfying! I love the scent of freshly baked biscuits, and they puff up all nicely too.
Even when fully baked, these biscuits maintain a moist texture. I don’t know why 7-UP is in the recipe, but it definitely does something awesome!
