This Cranberry Brie Bites appetizer recipe is the perfect, easy-to-make recipe for fall holidays and celebrations.
Here’s an appetizer that is going to be a good one for any fall-themed event. Think Thanksgiving or a fall-themed dinner party or happy hour. They’re so very easy to prepare. And these cranberry brie bites call for using just a few ingredients too.
Ingredients Needed:
- wonton wrappers
- brie cheese
- whole berry cranberry sauce
- chopped pecans
- fresh rosemary
How to make Cranberry Brie Bites:

- Preheat the oven to 350℉. Press the wonton wrappers into greased miniature muffin cups. Bake 4 to 6 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cut the brie into 24 small pieces and place inside the wonton wrappers. Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce, some chopped pecans and a sprig of rosemary.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer or until the cheese is melted and the wrappers are golden brown.
Tips and Substitutions:
- Wonton wrappers are easy to find (locate them in the refrigerated section of your market). But if you’d like to make prep even easier, look for small phyllo shells (in the pastry freezer section) to use in place of the wonton wrappers.
- Use jellied cranberry sauce in place of whole cranberry sauce, if that’s all you have.
- Use fig jam in place of the cranberry sauce for a bit of a different flavor!

You can prep these to through step two, cover and refrigerate. Pop them into the oven when ready to cook and serve.
