Easy Lemon Pie
Sometimes you just need a super easy dessert to make. This is it! The filling is super delicious, and it’s hard to believe that you only need 3 ingredients to make it. You don’t have to be an experienced baker to make this pie. It’s that easy!
🛒 Ingredients Needed:
- graham cracker crumbs
- salted butter
- granulated white sugar
- sweetened condensed milk
- Cool Whip
- frozen lemonade
- lemon slices and fresh mint, for garnish

PREPARE THE CRUST:
In a medium bowl, combine the crust ingredients with a fork. Press the crust into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Place the crust in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
PREPARE THE FILLING:
In a large bowl, combine all of the filling ingredients and stir until completely mixed. Pour the filling into the chilled crust. Freeze. Take the pie out at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
