In this delicious Easy No Bake Berry Pie recipe, there is a 4-ingredient filling in a graham cracker crust.
That’s a slice of the most delicious and easy pie. You don’t even have to bake it! So this is a dessert that everyone can make, and believe me… everyone will enjoy it too. This is a great dessert to make for summer. No one wants to turn on the oven when it’s blistering hot outside, so this recipe (along with my No Bake Nutella Pie recipe) is a great option.
Ingredients needed:
- graham cracker crumbs
- granulated white sugar
- butter
- canned sweetened condensed milk
- freshly squeezed lemon juice
- fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries and blackberries)
- Cool Whip
How to make Easy No Bake Berry Pie:
The complete, printable recipe is at the end of this post.
MAKE THE CRUST:
-
To a large bowl, add the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Stir to combine, and then press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Place the graham cracker crust in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
PREPARE THE FILLING:
-
In a large bowl, stir together the milk and lemon juice. Fold in the berries, and then fold in the whipped topping. Spoon the mixture into the frozen crust. Return the pie to the freezer, and freeze for at least 5 hours. Let it stand for 30 to 40 minutes before serving.
Garnish, as desired. We like to add more fresh berries! In this pie, we used a combination of blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. But you can certainly change things up and use any berries that you want. In fact, if you’re a strawberry lover, I think using only strawberries would be just fine for this pie too.
Since the pie will be coming from the freezer, you’ll want to make sure you let it sit at room temperature for a while so it’s soft enough to slice. Don’t let it sit too long though or it will be too mushy! Leftover berry pie can be stored in the freezer. Enjoy!
