⅔cupwhite chocolate chips,plus a few more to sprinkle on top

Preheat the oven to 350℉. Spray an 8x8 inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
Sift the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt into a small bowl.
In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to combine the sugar and butter. Then mix in the eggs and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients and mix to combine. Stir in ⅔ cup chocolate chips. Spread the batter into the prepared pan (the batter will be thick). Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center come out with moist crumbs attached. Cool completely. Cut off the edges (and eat!), and then cut the rest into 16 squares.
