Italian seasoned bread crumbs

sea salt

freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. It's easiest if you use your clean hands to mix.
Form the meat mixture into 1-inch balls. Set the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes, just until the meatballs are cooked through.
Notes
VARIATIONS:
add 1/2 cup finely chopped mushrooms and/or onions to the mix.
add a little grated Parmesan cheese
add minced garlic
