all purpose flour

milk

tablespoons
mayonnaise
½
teaspoon
baking powder
½
teaspoon
salt

tablespoon
melted butter,
for brushing
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350℉. Spray 6 muffin cups with nonstick spray.
Combine all ingredients (except butter) in a bowl. Divide the batter between the 6 muffin cups.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Immediately brush butter on the tops of the rolls. Serve warm with additional butter.
Notes
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar to make these slightly sweet.
You can substitute melted unsalted butter or canola/vegetable oil for the mayonnaise, if you'd like.
