Pour some syrup decoratively down the sides of 2 glasses and put the glasses in the freezer.
In a blender jar, combine the ice cream, marshmallow creme and milk. Blend until combined and thick in texture. Pour into two glasses.
Top shakes with your favorites: whipped cream, crushed graham crackers, mini chocolate chips and/or mini marshmallows.
Stick a broiled marshmallow or two on top, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
To broil the marshmallows: Preheat the oven broiler. Place marshmallows on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Broil until toasted.
